Supporting You From the Comfort of Your Home
Compassionate, Whole-Person Care from the Comfort of Home
A complicated relationship with food and body rarely stays just about food. It touches your mood, your energy, your relationships, and the way you see yourself. Whether you’re navigating restriction, binge eating, purging behaviors, emotional eating, or a long-standing battle with body image, you don’t have to figure it out alone. PA Behavioral Services provides specialized virtual eating disorder and nutrition support across Pennsylvania.
Our team typically responds within 24 business hours to help you take the first step.

Understanding the Weight of Eating Disorders
Eating disorders and disordered eating exist on a spectrum — they don’t always look like what the stereotypes suggest.
You might recognize these common experiences:
Preoccupation With Food and Body
Constant mental noise about calories, weight, meals, or how your body looks and feels.
Restrictive or Rule-Based Eating
Skipping meals, cutting out food groups, or following strict rules to feel “okay.”
Binge or Purge Cycles
Episodes of feeling out of control with food, sometimes followed by compensatory behaviors like purging, over-exercising, or restriction.
Body Image Distress
Avoiding mirrors, photos, social events, or activities because of how you feel in your body.
Emotional Eating
Using food to soothe, numb, or manage anxiety, sadness, boredom, or overwhelm.

Our Approach
Evidence-Based, Compassionate, and Coordinated

Our Commitment to You
We promise to provide an ethical, reliable, and deeply compassionate therapeutic environment. We view therapy as a collaborative partnership rooted in mutual respect, clinical integrity, and safety.
What We Do
We provide high-quality virtual individual therapy, evidence-based eating disorder and body image work, and practical skills tailored to your lifestyle.
What We Do Not Do
We do not provide meal plans, medical monitoring, or replace higher levels of care (such as IOP, PHP, or inpatient treatment) when those are clinically needed. When higher-level care is the right fit, we’ll help you find it.
A Note on Safety
If you are in medical or psychiatric crisis, please call 911, go to your nearest emergency room, or reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Teletherapy is not a substitute for emergency care.
