She has worked with clients in Partial Hospitalization Programs, Outpatient Programs, and Transitional Outpatient Programs, providing both individual therapy and group-based care.

Through a compassionate and personalized approach, she helps clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and reactions while providing appropriate interventions tailored to their needs.

In addition to her clinical work, Christina offers LPC and LCSW supervision for professionals who are planning to enter the field or are currently working toward licensure and need weekly supervision hours.

Nicole Garrison, LPC, NCC

Partner, Licensed Clinician & Supervisor

Nicole Garrison is a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor with more than 10 years of experience treating OCD, anxiety disorders, and trauma. Helping clients work through anxiety and OCD has become a true passion of hers and is a central part of her clinical work.

Nicole specializes in evidence-based treatment for OCD and anxiety disorders, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She primarily uses a short-term, problem-solving approach while tailoring treatment to each client’s individual needs through a flexible “Neapolitan” combination of therapeutic methods.

Nicole also uses Prolonged Exposure (PE) to support clients experiencing PTSD. In addition to her work with anxiety disorders, OCD, and trauma, she has training in ecosystemic structural family therapy, which helps examine behavioral patterns within homes, families, and couples.

She also provides clinical supervision for professionals working toward state licensure.

Ashley Witynski,
MA, LPC, ADHD-CCSP

Licensed Professional Counselor & ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider

Ashley Witynski is a Licensed Professional Counselor and ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider who works with children, adolescents, and adults who have been diagnosed with ADHD or suspect they may have ADHD. She helps clients build practical skills, especially executive functioning skills, to support confidence, consistency, and success in daily life.

Ashley’s therapeutic approach is integrative and personalized, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, strengths-based therapy, solution-focused therapy, and client-centered therapy. Ashley also specializes in treating trauma, OCD, anxiety, and depression, and has experience supporting individuals who have experienced interpersonal violence or domestic violence. She has worked with adolescents experiencing severe depression, self-harm, and suicidal ideation.

Ashley believes relationships shape the way we experience life, including our relationships with others and with ourselves. She helps clients identify their strengths and values to improve self-worth and quality of life. Her style is calm, empathetic, and approachable, often incorporating humor and mindfulness to create a safe, supportive space where clients can confront life’s stressors.
